As Cyanosis Adventure Racing Team finalizes their preparation for their 10th of February 2012 departure to the Patagonia Expedition Race (http://www.patagonianexpedition race.com/) the team has been carefully researching and planning their nutrition for the race.  It is often overlooked or is not given enough attention however the nutritional value of a racer can determine how they perform over a greater period.   Quality food cannot be simply replaced with meal replacements or energy bars thus the need to find a product that will give the team the nutritional value it will need to perform at the very highest level for longer.
