Short Bio...
Coming from a background of team sports like hockey I took up adventure racing and triathlon a couple of years ago. Starting with some short AR sprints I've been moving up to bigger and better races. Swazi Xtreme and Abu Dhabi Adventure Challenge were the AR highlights for 2010. Hopefully a strong performance at XPD Africa will be one of the highlights for 2011. Otherwise my main focus is triathlons, but I also enjoy cycling and a little bit of paddling. Some of my best results so far are winning my age group and placing second in my age group at Ironman 70.3 in 2010 and 2011 respectively.

I’m thrilled at the chance to race with Cyanosis. Cyanosis is good as what they do – adventure racing – and they have a lot of experience. All my fellow team members are talented, skilled and do things properly. Racing with Cyanosis is a little daunting because they are always going straight for the top but I hope to fit into this mould seamlessly.
