And missing the cut off at the 2010 Abu Dhabi Adventure Challenge I come from an orienteering background and enjoy navigating. I've always enjoyed mountain biking and being outside so putting them together I find myself Adventure Racing. I've done loads of sprints; some longer races in 2010; and built up to Expedition Africa in 2011. I enjoy the teams, the locations and the complexity of AR. When I want to keep it simple I enjoy participating in triathlons, mountain biking and road cycling. Orienteering is also still a focus. I'm looking forward to learning a lot more about AR in the years to come. Cyanosis is a great group of people to do that with!
